Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Our standard shipping time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. In some cases, shipping may take up to 20–30 business days due to customs or logistics factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

Return & Refund Policy (15 Days)
We offer a 15-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
